1.) Waterfall Wedding

​

Imagine getting married by a gorgeous, flowing waters of a waterfall. These are a few of your options!

​

Cataract Falls, in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, is available as one of the approved sites for a wedding in the park. 

​

Friendly Falls is now Red Jasper Beer Garden.  Weddings were performed at Friendly Falls on a regular basis - please call Red Jasper to inquire about future weddings.  I was told it may be a possibility, but nothing confirmed officially.

 

Chapel at the Park in Gatlinburg offers many nice wedding packages including a beautiful Waterfall venue in addition to other options like a traditional Chapel, Arbor, Enchanted Forest, receptions and more.

2.) Barn Wedding

 

One very popular option is the rustic barn ceremony. You can make your venue vintage, country chic, with a warm, natural, relaxed vibe.  There are several options and barn venues to choose from, here are some of them:

3.) Cabin Wedding

​

Many cabins can be used as your own private venue.

For example, A King's Lodge, is one you just HAVE to see. Unbelievable beauty and the owner's ranch across the road. Rave reviews.

Simply search for a cabin that matches your preferences such as mountain view, deck, and how many bedrooms you would like for guests or family. If you plan on a large event, be sure to confirm that the owners allow events.  Here are just a few examples:

The Lake House at Douglas Lake, Sevierville - 8600 sq. foot waterfront home on the lake that sleeps 30 people, has 10 Bedrooms and 4.5 baths.  Sitting on a gated 5 acres with tons of amenities, private dock lake access and up close lake view. Also has a theater room, games room, hot tub, bar room and more.

Moose Hollow Lodge, Pigeon Forge - This "Event Friendly", super large 9BR, 8.5 bath cabin sleeps 56, and includes a movie theater, 2 hot tubs, arcade, indoor pool, wet bar, onsite chapel and more.

The Venue at Greenbrier Estate Cabins, 2855 East Parkway, Gatlinburg - 2 Large side by side cabins can host 88 guests for a wedding with breathtaking views or you can take a 5 minute walk over to the beautiful Event Center onsite for the celebration.  Nearby, check out Foxwood Mansion, Gatlinburg - 14BR, 15BA, Sleeps 44 - Elevator!

The Preserve, Wears Valley - Helpful cabin rental folks who can assist you in finding the perfect cabin for your wedding vows at the beautiful Preserve Resort. The Preserve is up on a gorgeous mountainside, not far from the Foothills Parkway, in Wears Valley.  It has it's own chapel and an open air, outdoor Pavilion, and some of the most breathtaking mountain views around.  Also access to a heated pool and exercise facility. 4.) SkyBridge Wedding

​

Imagine riding up to the top of the mountain at Skylift Park, on the famous chairlift in the middle of Gatlinburg and getting married at the large scenic overlook with stunning views over downtown. Walk across the SkyBridge, the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America for impressive photos. Several packages with hotel accommodations are available.

5.) Dolly Parton Historical Estate Home

This was introduced in 2022 and is SUPER EXCITING and special!

You can now have your wedding at Red Top Destinations & Events.

Experience and see for yourself the Sevierville home and property where Dolly Parton's beloved parents, Avie Lee and Robert Lee Parton lived at "The Red Top" after Dolly became famous.

6.) Titanic Wedding

​

Did you know you could exchange your vows on the Titanic?  Yes, the Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge offers small or larger wedding packages.  You can have the ordained Titanic Captain to perform the ceremony on the famous Grand Staircase, a wedding coordinator, a photographer and museum tour for you and your guests.

Choose from many other options like music, Fountain Wedding, and 3rd floor private receptions.

7.) Great Smoky Mountain National Park Wedding

​

Yes, you can get married in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park!  You will just need to apply for a permit in advance.

​

Choose from places like Clingman's Dome, scenic overlooks, Cade's Cove, Foothills Parkway, Cataract Falls, the Noah Bud Ogle Cabin, Metcalf Bottoms, Spence Cabin at Elkmont and more.  There are seasonal limits and very strict rules, so be sure you check out approved locations and rules here

8.) Hotel or Inn Wedding

​

9.) Chapel Wedding

​

These chapels are available for wedding ceremonies and can offer a ​more traditional approach to getting married. Most of these chapels will help and assist with wedding planning for your perfect day.  Ask about options and all inclusive wedding packages.
